The downstairs area is where you will find the Kitchen, Family room, Laundry, Bathroom with shower, and the Master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, and in an adjacent room, there is a bunk bed with a twin/full/twin configuration in the event you want the kids on the same level. Upstairs offers two bedrooms with a shared bathroom that has also been recently remodeled. The first offers a King-sized four-poster bed, the second has a Queen sized bed.
